The November Election & The Christian Vote!
The Outcome Depends on Evangelical Christians
September 17, 2008 |
| Greetings!
The outcome of the November General Election could well determine whether America restores its Christian based institutions, freedoms, and dependence upon the only true God, or gives itself over to godless secular humanism, socialism, and all that is contrary to the Founder's vision and the LORDSHIP of Christ. That outcome depends on whether America's Christians take their citizenship responsibility to heart.
Daniel Webster, Secretary of State for three Presidents and one of America's greatest statesman said. . .
"Our destruction, if it come at all, will be from. . .the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence."
|
| The 'inattention' of America's Christians
Calvin Coolidge, 30th President of the United States, said. . .
"There has been a marked increase in the tendency to remain away from the polls on the part of those entitled to vote. . . Election day in the olden times was generally considered more or less sacred - one to be devoted to the discharge of the obligations of citizenship."
That 'tendency' has only gotten worse, to our shame.
The 52 million VOTER ELIGIBLE Evangelical Christians in America comprise the largest voting block in the nation. Unfortunately, only 33 million of them VOTED in the 2004 General Election, and only 20 million in 2006! That MUST change if America is to preserve its sacred liberty, moral foundation, and the smiles of heaven. But it will take vision, leadership, and a determined effort by Christians in Oregon and across the nation to achieve. It CAN BE DONE, and it MUST BE DONE in the few weeks that remain before the November General Election! |
| Restore the 'obligations of citizenship' before it is too late!
No other campaign in Oregon can impact every local, state, legislative, and federal race as can the "Value Your Vote, Vote Your Values" Campaign, but it will take your leadership in the coming weeks to make it happen.
Your family, friends, congregation, community, state, and nation need YOU, AND ME, to take our citizenship responsibility seriously! They can ill afford us to be 'careless' and 'negligent'!

Our goal is to mobilize Oregon's 1600 Christ honoring, Bible believing churches to hold three consecutive non partisan Voter Registration Sundays - starting September 28th - and put forth a CALL for 100% participation in the Election, each Sunday through November 2nd.
Your leadership is needed to rally, mobilize, and turn out the Christian VOTE in Oregon! Help us mobilize the nearly 500,000 eligible to VOTE Christians in our fair state through the Value Your Vote, Vote Your Values Campaign! It is time to restore the Oregon Legislature by removing those who ignored the will of the people, and imposed their own misguided moral views on all Oregonians without our permission! | |
Restoring Civil Government God CAN change Oregon - and America - through the faithfulness of His people. He CAN restore civil government to the hands of those citizens who seek His will, and remove those in rebellion to God; but He chooses to do so with our participation, (Organize a Church Voter Registration Drive) and a reliance on Him for the wisdom, courage and strength He alone provides. 'Lock arms' dear Saints, in your churches, and communities, to restore civil government in Oregon and around the nation, under the 'eternal rules of order and right'! Join us as we call Christians everywhere to pray, to "VALUE THEIR VOTE," as good citizens by registering to VOTE, and "VOTING THEIR VALUES" in November!

"Nobody will ever deprive the American people of the right to vote except the American people themselves - and the only way they could do this is by not voting."
