With the every changing decline in our economy, it is more important than ever before to support the businesses of our community. And that Black buying power was estimated at $913 billion nationwide in 2010, meaning less than 10 percent of dollars spent by Blacks are supporting these enterprises?One thing I know for sure (in my best Oprah voice) is that we all hear or read about these alarming statics in passing but what do we really do about it? It amazes me each month when it comes time to write this section because of the advancements the NGR movement has made in the 30 days prior!The Natural Girls Rock Movement has continued to expand at a very rapid pace.... It's gotten to the point where I see people rockin' NGR gear out at random places! It's like being an artist and hearing "your song" on the radio. It's so awesome!
Natural Girls Rock Deep SOULutions Deep Conditioner was featured in Atlanta's Best Self Magazine's September "Organic Issue". Amazing reviews on this product pore in daily!
We also participated in the Fall World Natural Hair Show and Fall 'Fro Fashion Week. In addition, we attended a meet up held by Celebrity Stylist April B; all events were in Atlanta, Georgia.
