 | Jasper Molnar takes the helm during his family learn to sail charter |
Captain Ed's Sailing Greetings!
Again we had a great family sail this past Sunday, it is still a little early in the season, so it was a little cool, but we had great wind with a light sea. By the end of this family charter everyone on board had spent some quality time on the helm.
This coming weekend the tides are better for sail times from noon until 5 PM.
I have 2 seats available for the Saturday Basic Sailing Class, as well as 3 seats for Sunday. Starting this week we are booking classes on Fridays as well.
A Family Learn to Sail is a great way to spend time as a family. I like to save Sundays and weekdays for family sails. Call early to schedule a date for sailing classes, or a Family Sail. Don't forget to use the money saving coupons below.
This is a great time of year to sail as the winds should be light in the morning and pick up in the afternoon, then laying back down in the evening, giving us a chance to start of slowly, then reefing the sails as the weather picks up. Don't forget to check out SPOT to see where we have been. Zoom out I forgot to turn it off when I left the boat, so it keeps sending from the mooring.
If you are interested in this class, email me at edcasazza@mac.com or give me a call at 508-451-0431
