Chocolate Easter Eggs

Our Easter egg production team is making delicious chocolate covered Easter eggs.  The proceeds will benefit the restoration of our beautiful stained glass windows.  We have five fillings available this year:  peanut butter, maple/pecan, butter crème, coconut and double chocolate (chocolate inside/chocolate outside).  The cost is $3.00 per egg.

We hope you will take orders from your friends, co-workers and neighbors.  Just take their order, collect their money and put it in an envelope and bring it to the "egg table" on Sunday mornings beginning February 19th.  We will continue to sell eggs up through Palm Sunday, April 1st.  Order forms are available in the Narthex.

Homebound Ministries

Several of our homebound members have birthdays coming up soon.  They would love to get a card from you letting them know they are remembered and loved.

New Members

"Are You Ready? Is it time for you to say, "Yes to Jesus!  I am ready publicly to profess my faith in Him and become an official member of His Church; The First United Methodist Church of Michigan City."

If so, we will be officially welcoming New Members on Sunday February 26 at both service times (your choice.)  Please respond by calling the Office, telling Pastor Larry, our Lay Leader Wally or dropping a note in the collection plate.  Membership does not come with any privileges, but it does come with responsibilities.

Membership to the church is unlike membership with any other place.

Come, join us with the Lord Jesus Christ for the time of your life!
