Greetings!
Last week I advised that our church was going through some difficult times as a result of recent changes in giving patterns. I want to thank those who acknowledged my notice and thank those who have decided to increase their giving in support of our ministries. Please closely review the church bulletin weekly as it will disclose to you how, as a congregation, we are meeting our commitments to our church, our Methodist conference and God's Kingdom. Remember, we committed, as members and friends of the church, to give $6,251 per week for church operations, conference tithes and local missions. As information our shortfall last week was $690 (annualized equals $35,880). Prayerfully consider how you can further assist your church in overcoming these shortfalls. John VW |

Coffee Hour Sign-up Sheet
Tom and Ann Berg have been serving coffee on Sunday mornings for the past few weeks. They are planning to do it for the rest of the summer and could use another person to help them.
There is a sign-up sheet on the welcome center in the Narthex with the available dates listed. If you can help, put your name on the sign-up sheet by the date you are available and talk to Ann.
