Art Students Experience Impressionism First Hand
 | |
The Hill-Stead Museum
|
Mr. Testani's art students traveled to Farmington to see the Masters of Impressionism at the Hill-Stead Museum. Works on Monet, Manet, Whister, Degas & Cassatt hung on the walls of an old farmhouse in a furnished setting that displayed the works in the setting that they were used for. The art students are in the middle of working on Impressionist pieces and this gave them the opportunity to see the style that they are producing in class at the moment.
