Lancer Legacy Gala and Auction

The Lancer Legacy Gala and Auction will take place on Wednesday, November 9 at the Waterview in Monroe.  Participation from all families will be the key to our success. A variety of ways have been developed for all of our families to participate in planning, supporting, and attending the event. The following offers an easy list of how you can make our event a success:
  • Please mark your calendar now for Wednesday, November 9, 2011 and respond with your intent to join us via a formal invitation that will be forthcoming in the weeks ahead.
  • Contribute a minimum of $10 per child toward a "Class Basket" that is being specifically designed as an auction item per class.
  • Donate an item for our auction. Creativity is the key. An item can vary from a gift certificate/card to your favorite restaurant or store to sporting tickets. Some ideas to consider are sports/theatre/concert tickets, handmade items, timeshares, etc. Think of the kind of items you would like to bid on and take home! For this event to be successful, we must have 100% participation.
  • Consider showing your pride and support for Notre Dame Fairfield by placing an ad in our Gala program book or by becoming one of our evening sponsors.
  • Encourage a business (gas station, hair salon, dentist, doctor, etc.) that you frequent to place an ad in our Gala program book.

Please take a little time to think what you would like to do to make this a wonderful evening. We will be accepting auction items and program ads any time between now and November 1st. The earlier the better!  For more information or if you have any questions, please contact Theresa Marzik at 203-372-6521 or marzik@notredame.org.
