Over the last 30 years, we estimate that Cross Roads House has provided 500,000 nights of shelter, to over 5,000 different people, and over 500 families.  This six minute video provides a compelling and retrospective look at just a few of our former residents whose lives were transformed after staying at Cross Roads House.    

30 Year Anniversary

On Saturday, May 5, 2012, our 10th Annual Benefit by the Sea event was held at the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in New Castle, NH. The event recognized the shelter's 30th anniversary and raised $280,000...one of the highest amounts ever in the ten year history of the event!  

These funds will provide critical operating revenue and help us provide shelter and services to the men, women and children who seek our assistance.  Event proceeds enable us to provide the most basic human needs:  a clean bed, warm meals, and the support of case managers along with a wide variety of supportive services.  We now have 96 beds between our two buildings and on most nights we are filled to capacity.   

We are truly grateful to all the sponsors and donors who attended our event and made pledges of support.   Their support makes it possible for us to fulfill our mission to help our residents break the cycle of homelessness and move with dignity and purpose to decent, stable housing.
