Our beautiful antique Ibach grand piano is in desperate need of restoration! This grand old instrument was bought & shipped from Leipzig, Germany, by our former associate clergy, Fr. Paul Dixon & his wife, who donated it in the early 1980s. It is a wonderful instrument, built at the turn of the century, & on par with the great pianos of its time such as Steinway & Bosendorfer. For some 30 years, our Ibach has faithfully supported our adult & youth choirs in rehearsal & music training. The cost to restore this instrument is $15,400. Can you help?
"Buy" a Key $175.....A String $50.....A Note $ ??
Your gift will be "noted" on a memorial plaque in the Choir Room & remembered with gratitude by those who give their time to lead our worship music! Please make checks payable to the church & write "piano" in the memo portion.
