How do you know when you are ready for a career change? After all it is natural to have highs and lows at work. Is it 'better the devil you know' or not? The main thing is to think through your options and decision so that you minimise risk and maximise confidence in your decision. Some of our clients have been unhappy at work for up to 10 years before they contact us and have created illness resisting the change that they need to make - they are so ready for change!
