In challenging times, it is vital to be flexible and responsive, and appear calm, even if you are paddling away fast underneath the surface!  Here are 5 free tips to support you. karate_pose 
 
  1. Put yourself in the shoes of key internal stakeholders to see priorities through their eyes - remember benefits WIFT 'what's in it for them?'
  2. Do you know what values and competencies are right for your organisation tomorrow? What was right for the past is unlikely to be right for the future e.g. recruiting and assessing for emotional resilience is important and embracing uncertainty.  
  3. Protect time for YOU to think and develop your CPD - it is vital to be a good advert to your employees.  
  4. Spending time with line managers and employees creates more perceived value than creating policies and procedures - make this a priority each day.  
  5. Get support to help you think strategically and be proactive not reactive.

  5. A personalised employee value proposition is the best way to retain top talent. To prevent talent drain, make this a priority.
