Dear Members of the Or Chadash family:

This past year has been very exciting for us with our joint programming with the Islamic Center of Hunterdon County, the continuation of our very successful 8th, 9th & 10th grade program and e-Newsletter that we are now sending bi-monthly. We bid a fond farewell to our student cantor, Rachel Harrison, and welcomed several guests and new programs to our congregation.

As we look ahead, we are anticipating another successful year. We welcome a new student cantor, Kathy Gohr, who will be sharing her musical talents with us at Shabbat and holiday services and during Religious School. There will be a new 10th/11th/12th grade Religious School program - The Rabbi's Study - which will meet several times throughout the year offering an opportunity to exchange ideas on current issues relevant to the lives of our teenagers. Also, there is a new program for our B'nai Mitzvah students with Rabbi Forman as he guides them in the writing of their D'var Torah and helps them better understand the meaning of Jewish identity.
