Krav Maga San Diego Inc.

Thursday evening, October 22, 2009; 7 to 9 pm
UC San Diego, RIMAC Field
FREE; sponsored by the Student Veterans Org.
(This is not a UCSD Women's Center Sponsored event)

Criminals don't care about "the economy"! Put your personal safety FIRST!  Krav Maga is the official self-defense system of the Israel Defense Forces.  Because of the dangerous environment in Israel, women soldiers, who are conscripted along with males, must be especially prepared to handle hostile situations, including physical/sexual attacks and attempted kidnappings.  Krav Maga is a highly effective, quickly learned and easy to retain self-defense system. Students in this seminar will learn strategic exercises for dealing with confrontations, psychological aspects of an attack, environmental awareness and simulation exercises. Krav Maga San Diego Inc is San Diego's authentic, long term, Israeli-based program and has been teaching Krav Maga to local women for 18 years!

This class is popular and fills fast; please RSVP ASAP! First Come First Served, Max Occupancy: 60ppl. Wear loose comfortable clothing, no jewelry or watches.

Registration:   Open to all women registered at UCSD, to include staff.  Registration forms will be sent out upon receipt of RSVP.
