LAKESHORE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
 LAUNCHES THE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION INITIATIVE

Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity has launched an initiative to serve more families in need by helping with home repairs.  The program has been initially launched in the Westcore Neighborhood in Holland.  (north to south from 12th to 22nd streets, and from east to west from River to Harrison Avenues).  You must own your own home, live in it, and be willing to repay a zero interest loan and complete volunteer hours toward the project, or other projects.

Child ID

Child ID iPhone App Launched by FBI
Last summer U.S. the FBI launched an app for iOS platform called Child ID.  It could prove to be most beneficial for parents for reporting missing children.  The app keeps a photo, and other vital information of the child's description on the parent's smartphone and will then  directly send it to authorities if the need arises, to help them in identifying a missing child.
