“I think about death a lot. I love doing things where I can defy death or almost die. I have dreams about dying. Maybe I’m just a male. Yet, death is often taboo in this culture, so I just obsess about it on my own. Sofia Diaz once said in a yoga class, “There’s two things you’ll never rationally understand in this lifetime. One is birth, the other is death.” I laughed hysterically when I heard that because I’ve spent so much of my life thinking about this non-rational death thing.
