Welcome to our January edition of E-Paradise.

 


Well Happy New Year!  What a great celebration we had on the islands.  This month we will share with you our New Year's resolution.......and that is to be more Posititive and Optimistic.  Not to sound like Pollyanna but we feel completely positive and optimistic about 2010 and hope to inspire others to do the same!

Yes we need to exercise, eat right, rid ourselves of bad habits etc. but practicing positive thinking and optimism will be the vehicle to drive us there and to all the things we want to accomplish this year.  A New Year automatically gives us an optimistic feeling that things are new, fresh and going to be better so let's just go with that feeling and spread it around.

What a phenomenal beginning we had to this New Year.........a rare Blue Moon......now that alone makes you think that this year is going to be special.  We are going to briefly reflect on the past with 2009 4th quarter sales, give you a glimpse of ringing in the New Year island style and encourage you to join us in thinking positive.

Finally We'll remind you of some great Real Estate opportunities on the Islands!
