All Generations Home Care announces the addition of All Generations Adult Day Program at 460 Amherst Street in Nashua, NH.

 

An Open House is planned for Saturday, October 6th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.  The public is invited to tour the facility, meet the staff and join us for light refreshments. 

 

All Generations Adult Day Program is dedicated to providing respite for caregivers.  They offer a safe, structured, supervised and individualized daytime program in a warm and friendly environment. RE/MAX Properties' is celebrating "Year of Giving Back".  Each quarter they hold a collection for those in need in the Greater Nashua area.  

 

You are invited to a Wine and Cheese Reception at their office located at 169 Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua on October 11th from 4-7 PM, where they will be gearing up for the next round!  RE/MAX's 4th quarter donation category will be Coats and Boots.  They will be accepting new or clean and gently used items through the end of December.

The New Hampshire Employment Security and will be hosting an Employer Seminar on Tuesday, October 30th from 9am to 12pm at NH Employment Security, 6 Townsend West, Nashua NH. 

 

Seminar topics will include:  Law Changes Effective 10/7/12, regarding layoffs, benefit charges, claimant work search requirements and suitable work considerations; plus the Return to Work Program; The Federal Bonding Program; and the On the Job Training Program.

The presentation will be held in the Gr. HUDSON PUMPKINFEST - OCTOBER 12TH - 14TH

The Annual Kiwanis Hudson PumpkinFest will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 12th, 13th and 14th at the Hills House Grounds (across from AlvirneKiwanis High School) Rt. 102, in Hudson, NH .  Currently there are over 60 vendors and crafters participating. 

 

There will be fireworks on Saturday night at 8PM.  There will be a carnival, petting zoo, classic car show, craft fair, trick or treat for kids along with children's concerts, and other entertainment and food!

Building Dreams for Marines recently made renovations for Hudson Marine veteran Richard Byron in Hudson as part of their mission to assist marines throughout New Hampshire.  A veteran in the Korean War and serving for 30 years with the Boston Police Department and recently as a part time Sheriff at the Nashua Court House, Building Dreams for Marines has aided the family by renovating the bathroom to accommodate Richard's physical challenges.
