2011 CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE

On the evening of Wednesday, November 9, 2011, Enterprise Bank hosted an enthusiastic audience of over 1,500 people at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium for the much anticipated Celebration of Excellence. The evening was truly memorable as Enterprise Bank recognized and honored individuals and organizations in the fields of Education, Entrepreneurship, Business, and Community Service. The Award Recipients were chosen from a field of over 350 nominees by a select panel of judges.
The 2011 Celebration of Excellence featured an amazing guest speaker who is the epitome of hard work, dedication, perseverance and commitment. Chris Gardner is the real-life inspiration for the role played by Will Smith in the 2006 Oscar-nominated film, The Pursuit of Happyness. Mr. Gardner is a direct reflection of all the attributes the Celebration of Excellence Awards were created to honor. The enthusiastic audience was also held spellbound by the magnificent operatic voice of Alison Burns, an Enterprise Bank employee, who is also a featured performer with the Boston Pops Orchestra.
Now, you can feel the excitement of the evening by visiting the Celebration of Excellence website at www.EBCOE.com to see the acceptance speeches of the Award Recipients who were honored. |

FUNDRAISER NETS $3,195 FOR HUDSON FIRE DEPARTMENT

Hudson, N.H. - T-BONES Great American Eatery in Hudson raised $3,195 through this year's annual Thanks for Giving fundraiser. The six locations of Great New Hampshire Restaurants fundraised for a month, raising money to benefit the equipment needs of the fire departments in each restaurant's community. The Thanks for Giving fundraiser provided anyone who dined at any T-BONES or Cactus Jack's restaurant and donated $5 from Oct. 17-Nov. 13 a $5 dining certificate as a thank you for their donation.
In Hudson, the $3,195 raised will be used to purchase automatic external defibrillators. Across the restaurants' six locations, more than $22,000 was raised for fire departments to purchase life-saving equipment needs.
"We couldn't be happier to donate more than $22,000 to these fire departments," said Tom Boucher, owner and CEO of Great NH Restaurants. "These firefighters continually give back to our communities every day, and we're proud that our guests once again are able to keep up their generous efforts."
Since 2005, Great NH Restaurants have raised nearly $125,000 for New Hampshire-based charities and organizations through the Thanks for Giving fundraiser.
T-BONES Great American Eatery is in Bedford, Derry, Salem, Hudson and Laconia, and Cactus Jack's is in Manchester and Laconia. For more information, visit www.T-BONES.com, www.Go2CJs.com or www.facebook.com/TBONES.CJs.
HUDSON T-BONES TO DONATE TIPS FOR TOYS
On Monday, Dec. 5, guests can help the staff at the Hudson location of T-BONES Great American Eatery with its annual Tips for Toys fundraiser just by leaving tips for their servers. The waitstaff and bartenders at the Hudson T-BONES will pool 100% of the donated tips from that day and then purchase items for area youths to benefit The Salvation Army's holiday distribution program.
During last year's fundraiser, guests gave $6,345 to donate toward the cause. Tom Boucher, owner and CEO of Great NH Restaurants, T-BONES and Cactus Jack's, was so impressed by the efforts of the Hudson T-BONES staff and guests, he announced that the owners would add $5,000 to the amount raised. It brought the total donation for Tips for Toys to $11,345, representing one of the largest local donations to the Salvation Army.
"We're thrilled to bring back Tips for Toys again this year," said Beth Krammes, dining room manager at the Hudson T-BONES. "We're glad we can do something for children in our community at this time of the year, and we know our generous guests will come through in a big way to help us out on December 5th."
Tips for Toys was started by employees more than 15 years ago and has since become an annual event that employees have happily enjoyed taking part in.
The Hudson T-BONES location is at 77 Lowell Road. For more information about Tips for Toys, call the Hudson restaurant at (603) 882-6677. Visit the restaurant online at www.T-BONES.com, or on Facebook or Twitter. |

COMMUNITY GROUP PRACTICES ACHIEVE HARVARD PILGRIM PHYSICIAN HONOR ROLL 2011

Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Community Group Practices have been named to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care's (HPHC) "2011 Physician Group Honor Roll," in recognition of outstanding commitment to high quality care. This is the fifth consecutive time that Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Community Group Practices have achieved this designation.
Dartmouth-Hitchcock is among the top performing groups in the HPHC network for their HEDIS Effectiveness of Care results for select measures of acute care, chronic care and preventive care. HEDIS (Health Plan and Employer Data and Information Set), which are set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), is a tool used by most health plans in the United States to assess the clinical performance of doctors and quality of health care provided. HPHC identified practices whose performance exceeded the national 90th percentile on a majority of preventive and chronic care measures such as cervical and breast cancer screenings, adolescent well visits, and diabetic testing and management.
"It is an honor to once again be recognized for the high quality care we provide to our adult and pediatric patients," said Barbara Walters, DO, Senior Medical Director. "This affirms our continued commitment to adhere to the highest standards of health care delivery and quality, while providing the best care, in the right place, at the right time, every time."
