Mindfulness of the Month
Routine Exercise, Mindfully

For July, engage in one daily routine exercise mindfully; an activity that typically is something you do on 'automatic pilot.' Fully immerse yourself in the experience, even if it is an activity you do not necessarily enjoy. Pay attention to all aspects of the experience: thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, judgments, and situational components.

Examples include:

* Brushing Teeth
* Taking Out Trash
* Washing Dishes
* Vacuuming
* Changing Diapers
