Your yesterday's made you what you are today but your tomorrows can make you what God always intended you to become. Joshua was talking to a nation whose yesterdays were a long list of repeated failures and rebellion against God. They had been convicted, judged, punished and reinstated frequently by God who they were always disobeying. Surely, they ought to be cut off from Him and stripped of any future blessing, but "Joshua said to the people, consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you".

Are you looking for things to be different in your tomorrow? Are you praying for wonders in your tomorrow? The key is in what Joshua said... "Consecrate yourselves". The word consecrate means to realign, devote, dedicate, set apart. When you want to see a different and wonderful tomorrow you must realign your priorities, totally devote, dedicate and set yourself apart for God.

The enemy will want to convince you that with your past, God couldn't possibly have a better tomorrow for you. All God requires is that you "sell out" to Him. That is your guarantee for a wonderful tomorrow. He is fully aware of your yesterdays, but He's much more focused on your tomorrows. Learn from your mistakes of yesterday but don't allow the enemy to make you feel condemned. We all fall and fail God but the ability to quickly get up, confess and consecrate ourselves will determine what our tomorrow will look like.

Don't give up on your tomorrows by building monuments to your past failures. God is still with you and..."tomorrow the Lord work wonders among you."
