Are you always in control?  Are you one who likes to fix everything...and everyone?  Do you feel like it's your job to change your spouse, your children, your friends, your church, your fellow workers, etc.?  Are you always uptight and cannot just relax and have fun?  It's time to let go!
 
To let go doesn't mean you've stopped caring, it just means you can't do it for someone else.  To let go is to admit your powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in your hands.  To let go is not to try and change or blame another, it means you have decided to change yourself.  To let go is not to care for, but to care about; not to fix, but to be supportive; not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.  To let go is not to be protective, it's to permit another to face reality.  It's not to be in control over everyone, it's letting God do His thing in them.
