A FEW WORDS FROM GARY

Dear friends,

"New Office"

 
The new office is finished.  We moved in Tuesday and couldn't be happier.  We built a 8' x 26' office at the end of the registers.  I am like a duck in water! Customer service has already improved dramatically.  All managers are now totally accessible to all of our customers.  Remember, if we help customers we don't have to work.  
 
In my opinion, you can never have too much customer service.  Our new office haven't been "decorated" yet, but come by this week and tell us what you think.
