What a wonderful white Jon has chosen. Spain is known for their dynamic reds like Garnacha and Tempranillo, but you don't hear too much about their whites. This wine is crisp and bright with tons of pear, lime and tangy citrus zest. Jon has also used this wine for making white sangria as well as an awesome wine punch. Ask him about either one.
