We are also trying to implement a new Saturday tasting format that encourages EDUCATION and not simply GRAZING. The vendors that contribute to the classes do so with the expectation of selling the wines they present, and we put a lot of effort into selecting wines that will be interesting and well-received. If no one buys the wines, spirits and beers presented at the tastings, it becomes harder to justify tastings. Please bear with us as we explore some solutions to this problem...
