Last week, Gary shared some of his personal experiences about visiting one of the homes provided by Angels' Arms in one of our Saturday tasting seminars. We were somewhat surprised to realize how many of our customers seemed unfamiliar with the work that Angels' Arms does! If you visit their website you can read about their mission statement and the many events that they organize throughout the year to raise money for their cause. Still, it can be easy to overlook the message...

 

 

Angels' Arms has already PURCHASED Four (4) homes in the St. Louis area.

These homes are really something to behold, too. Furnished by generous donations from construction contractors, home goods stores and money raised at events like The Amazing Taste, these homes are not just buildings for foster children to live in, they are homes where they can grow and learn and be loved - as any child deserves. 

 

When siblings enter foster care, there is no other system in place to keep them from being separated. When they enter an Angels' Arms home, they are placed in a family environment with their sibling, and allowed an opportunity (sometimes a unique opportunity) to experience just how a family is meant to function.

 

Tickets are $25 per person and only $20 per person when purchased in groups of 10 or more. Also - this year is the first time "Reserve" tickets will be available! Purchase a "Reserve" ticket at Lukas Liquor Superstore or by calling (636)227-4543. Only 75 Reserve tickets remain of the 100 originally released!
