I've been hearing a lot of success stories so far from many of you. Keep up the good work, and keep the success stories coming!

There are a few things you should have done by now, or plan to take care of soon:

• Be sure to enter all of your Scouts in the system. That will make it easier to place your final product order and prize order.
• Check on everyone's progress.At your Pack or Troop meeting recognize and reward Scouts that have filled a sheet, reached their goal, etc. Make it fun and exciting.
• Be sure to photocopy your order forms. Next year you will already have your prospect list ready to go.
• Print our or buy some inexpensive thank you notes and tape one to each bag or box of popcorn when you deliver.
• Create an account and sell online. Reach your out of town relatives and ask them to buy popcorn to support your Scout. It's quick and easy.
