We are about to get into the full swing of things with back-to-school, back-to-Scouting and Popcorn! Below is a list of a few tasks that you should hae completed by now. Seem like a lot? Don't worry. We have all the tools you need, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. I can even send you a sample Pack or Troop budget tailored for your number of Scouts. See how you stack up with the list below. There is still time to complete these items and have an outstanding sale - but not too much time! You'll want everything in place before your kickoff.
