Highway to Work - The Alameda County Youth Employment program, "Highway to Work," is a collaborative effort with the Oakland Private Industry Council and 12 Bay Area partnering organizations offering fully subsidized summer employment for youth ages 15-18. The youth have been pre-identified by the county, and with the help of local business they will be provided with meaningful, worthwhile summer work experiences.
