Dear Members & Friends,

Stop Human Trafficking

Come November, here's an important initiative to consider. Vote "Yes" on the C.A.S.E. Act (Californians Against Sexual Exploitation). A "Yes" vote will protect children in California by

  • Increasing prison terms for human traffickers.
  • Increasing penalty fines to fund local victim services.
  • Requiring convicted sex traffickers to register as sex offenders.
  • Requiring all registered sex offenders to disclose their internet accounts.
  • Mandate human trafficking training for law enforcement.
  • Prohibit use of trafficked victims' sexual history.
  • Protect victims in court proceedings.

Above, actor Will Smith (second from right) and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith (center) were at Faz Restaurant in downtown Oakland last week to show support and endorse voting "Yes" for the C.A.S.E. Act.

Show your support for the initiative by clicking here and signing the petition.

God Bless America!
