Thanks to everyone who came for our free weekends in September.  They were a huge success!  Great to have so much new excited energy in the room! Welcome to all of the new folks, and a huge thank you to all our seasoned veterans, who brought a friend and spread the word!!

At the studio we are gearing up for fall.  Watch for an announcement of a 30 day challenge coming soon!

Yes, you read that right...we are getting new flooring!!
This is a new product that has been used with great success in other Bikram studios. It was designed for use in hospitals and other health centres for its' hygienic qualities. It looks and feels like carpet. It is easy to care for, slip proof, water proof, and comfortable.  But the best part is -  NO ODOUR!!  We are expecting installation in October! 

Of course, there may be some disruption in class schedule during installation, so watch for notifications about that in the next few weeks.
