 Editorial: Why American Men Struggle
Part of the reason we men struggle is because of the American cultural way we view manhood, which is based on an individualistic concept of destiny..., [the] search for the perfect man... (e.g. Greek mythological heroes like Atlas) that conquers the world for good.... reflected in our movie heroes like Superman, Batman, Daredevil, Spider Man, etc., which comes from Greek culture's influence on Western culture. Adultery is another symptom of man's boredom with himself, which comes from not having an overarching purpose which will guide his every decision.

 Event: New Arts Center Brings 'Hope'
On October 2nd, the Hope Center in Jersey City, NJ was finally able to open its state-of-the-art facility right in the center of the city. This Assembly of God church, led by Pastors Mario and Leigh Gonzalez, has a unique vision to communicate the gospel through the visual and performing arts.... The Hope Center is the place of worship for the Gonzalez' growing congregation, which also functions as an art gallery, dance studio and cafe during the week. The paintings, sculpture and photography on display are of a world class standard. A striking example of 'prophetic' sculpture is Sam Cintron's "The State of the Bride", a powerful commentary on the western church showing a bride all dressed in white, but hooked up to life support!

 News: The Brains of Atheists
Another interesting factor in studying Believers' brains was that the "front right-hand-side of their brains lit up on the scanner, indicating that the neural mechanisms of pain modulation had been engaged." There was reportedly no such response from the brains of the atheists, and their "pain and anxiety levels stayed roughly the same throughout the experiment."
