Dear Friends,
Happy Holidays from Fair Chance! It has been a wonderful and exciting year for Fair Chance. We grew to serve 60 partner organizations reaching over 50,000 young people, held our biggest Butterfly Bash ever, expanded our board, and built our social media presence. Please take a moment to read the profiles of our newest partners below.
In 2011, Fair Chance provided our partners more than 3,000 hours of free capacity building and coaching. We helped them raise $230,000 in new funding, recruit volunteers and board members, create better tools to evaluate their services, and increase their programs to reach 1,700 additional DC children and youth. We could not have done this work without your continued support.
As we enter our 10th year of service with a new strategic vision to unveil and a decade worth of results to celebrate, we need your continued support. I hope you will consider Fair Chance in your end-of-year giving.
May you have a wonderful holiday season.
Maria T. Nagorski Executive Director
