The expense report import will now take a Report Number field to better control how expense reports are grouped when imported.

A 'To Do' count has been added to the My Task widget to make it easier to see tasks that have open 'to do' items.

You can now group the traffic calendar by Account Manager.

Projects can be filtered by Project Type.

The Project Status indicator will now be affected only by tasks that are not completed.

System Training:

Tip of the Month

Set up a vendor payments screen format that will import your supplier payments to your banking facility:

  1. Set up custom fields in the vendor screen  to show the Bank & Account Numbers and Account Names.
  2. Select these fields to create a layout in Vendor payments screen
  3. Export out as .csv import into your banking facility

To all of you who have passed on new contacts, much of our business comes from word of mouth referrals, so thank you for recommending us.

As some of you have realised, it is often preferable to schedule new employees for a training session with a

Workamajig

consultant. This means 'bad habits' are not passed on and the new user gets the most out of the system for their particular role.

If we can assist with any more information or training  with

Workamajig

please contact us to schedule a session.

Email all helpdesk queries to:
support@softwaredownunder.com.au
Please include as much detail as possible to enable a speedy response.

Sincerely,

Rondelle Taylor

About Us
Our director, Rondelle Taylor, has had ten years experience as the financial controller of a medium sized agency, handling a wide variety of project types and sizes.
Recognising the problems of not having an adequate system for project management and profit tracking, and the need for the integration of separate systems (excel, word, and myob etc.) led to the current consultancy role.
Maintaining a detailed analysis of available software solutions enables Software Downunder to recommend a system to best fit your needs.
