Projects

When you convert an opportunity to a project, any files attached to

the opportunity will now be copied over to the root directory of the projects digital assets folder.


Accounts 

There are now new screens for :

-new payments,

-new receipts,

-new journal entry

 all with the ability to schedule recurring entries.


Contact Management

When meeting notifications are sent out, the link now allows a person to respond regardless if they have a user ID in the system. The link now takes them directly to the response screen even if they are not logged in or can't log in.

Mobile

We have added project requests to the mobile site. so you can now edit and create requests from mobile devices.


Purchasing

We have added a new filter to the Select Invoices for Payment screen. You can now filter invoices to find only the ones that have been posted.

Reporting
We have added new customisable bucket periods to the AR Aging, AP Aging and Client Statements. So, if you don't want the typical 30/60/90 days, you can change it to whatever you like.

The excel financials tool has been enhanced to allow you to now report off of the cash basis ledger. This allows you to create custom financial statements on a cash basis. You will need to download a new copy of the excel template to get the new function calls. That is located at http://(your site)/reports/excelFinancials.xls.

The billing worksheet report has been enhanced to show more information when summarised by Task or Item.


Production

In estimating, in the service rates window where you can select the services for the estimate, you can now adjust all the rates by selecting a rate sheet or entering a percentage

(+/-) to adjust the rates.

This allows you to create an estimate, copy it, adjust the rates and compare profitability of the two estimates quickly.

In a Task and Service estimate, we have added a summary of the expenses and total gross on each task.

  

We have created a new function in estimating where you can now pull the estimated labor hours into the estimate from the allocated hours on the schedule. So, now you can allocate people to a task (or placeholder people) and based on their default service, the system will be able to pull in the hours to create Task, Task and Person, or Task and Service estimates. This will help eliminate the double entry required to create an estimate and then allocate out the hours.

When in your estimate, send off for your own supplier quote directly from within your estimate and then, once approved, raise a PO from here also and track the Quote & PO numbers at the bottom.

You can now sync your calendars with Google's Calendar!

Don't forget to make full use of templates to speed up entering a new project or estimate. Label them clearly for easy ID'ing.
