Project Status
Think fast - here's where you can quickly view and update a project's time line, specs, budget and assigned team members.

Staff Schedules
In a way, you control people's destiny; or at least you control which projects they work on and when. Add or remove specific people from a project, and view their individual schedule and workload.

You can also assign tasks to people and allocate the amount of work they receive on a day-to-day basis. That way you can anticipate and adjust for possible overload situations before they happen.

Workamajig offers a brilliant option for file reviews and approvals. This function can be used to route files or web URLs to the project team members for their feedback. The reviewer can approve or reject the item and the system will store the results in the project. Files can be sent out to several contacts at once, or in a selected order that progresses only when each stage of the contact list approves.

An interactive diary adds notes related to the project so they are stored as part of the project's history. This can be made visible to the client - or not - and can be emailed to the project team members when saved.
