beach2009
Greetings!

We hope the first half of '09 has been successful, and the new financial year (for our Aussie users) has you ready to perform in a competitive market.
As this is always a very good time to assess your 'hit rate' for new business and to maximise your Client Relationship Management, the release of workamajig's latest upgrade, including a very comprehensive CRM facility, is very timely.

Please note: Version 10.5 upgrade will be available to all locally hosted sites from August 8th.
Do you really have all the business you can handle?
If not, please read on.

Hopefully you are now aware of our latest system upgrade which includes a major development of our Client Relationship Management area.

Opportunities lost, through lack of follow up or through insufficient data retention on prospects, are frustrating  and costly.
workamajig's new release introduces a system of data segregation for the Sales area to retain data and history on your:
  • Activities
  • Opportunities
  • Leads
  • Contacts
  • Companies
More security choices
Visual import is now available, and the added Public and Private folders enhance the security and viewing options of your contacts. You decide which security group or staff member is able to access each folder and view a full history of sales related data.

Improved management of leads
Marketing Groups can be set up to group together Contacts and Leads for email marketing. You then have the ability to convert leads to contacts/companies/opportunities/activities in one step.
Information can be updated on multiple leads at once, with the ability to remove/merge duplicate leads.

Flexibility of contacts
Contacts can now be added without company information. You now have the ability to move a contact from one company to another.
There are additional standard listings concerning the 'Win Without Pitching' methodology.

Streamlining activities
Activities can now be linked to multiple companies, opportunities, projects, tasks, leads, and project files.
Reminders for activities can be added, and an activity can be made private.

Email Marketing
Integrated with My Emma.
This automates activities/actions in workamajig for the results obtained by the Email campaign conducted in My Emma.

Well, have we impressed you so far?
If you would like to schedule a training session to help you make full use of your new CRM capabilities please contact us.

Tip of the Month: Important

Please read the Release notes "Before You Start Guide" regarding 10.5 found by clicking on the help icon at the top left of your desktop menu bar, as there are certain settings that require altering regarding the adding/viewing/deleting of companies.

To all of you who have passed on new contacts, much of our business comes from word of mouth referral, so thank you for recommending us.

As some of you have realised, it is often preferable to schedule new employees for a training session with a workamajig consultant. This means 'bad habits' are not passed on and the new user gets the most out of the system for their particular role.

If we can assist with any more information or training  with workamajig, please contact us to schedule a session.

Email all helpdesk queries to:
support@softwaredownunder.com.au
Please include as much detail as possible to enable a speedy response.

Sincerely,

Rondelle Taylor

About Us

Our director, Rondelle Taylor, has had ten years experience as the financial controller of a medium sized agency, handling a wide variety of project types and sizes.
Recognising the problems of not having an adequate system for project management and profit tracking, and the need for the integration of separate systems (excel, word, and myob etc.) led to the current consultancy role.
Maintaining a detailed analysis of available software solutions enables Software Downunder to recommend a system to best fit your needs.
