Faster approvals Presenting work to clients can often meet roadblocks and delay
the whole project. Meetings are scheduled, cancelled, or postponed and too
often the progress is hijacked by the process.
Streamline the approval procedure, no matter how complicated
it needs to be, with the [Files] and [Reviews] areas of workamajig.
Artwork files can be stored on the project record, to be
viewed on line by the team with access to that project and an approval status is
then nominated, with the facility to add any comments.
Anyone receiving a request for artwork approval will receive an automatic email
notification with a link directly to the approval. The approval screen shows
the basic information of the request,
and any specifications that have been entered. If you
have the correct authority, you can click on the Edit Request action at the top
to edit the project request. The security rights to read, update, change, or
delete are controlled, and the approval comments box is optional. On completion
of the review, the [Approve] or [Reject] button system will send the request on
to the next step.
Who gets it next? The approval process can be looped in a selected order that is progressed
from each step, or sent to all appointed approvers simultaneously.
Having the creative brief, project specifications, and any relevant artwork
all stored with the project helps to avoid miscommunications and expensive mistakes.
Routing the files for distribution and review to your clients and outside
suppliers does not increase the cost to our workamajig customers, as suppliers
and clients are not classified as full users, with their access fully
controlled. Free client access allows any number of outside users to review and
comment on the work done to date.
Finding it now Extensive file search capabilities enable you to quickly find specific
documents you may need for client review. File attributes allow you to add
additional information on to a file that can assist you in searching for a
specific type of file - customising your search criteria. When you need more information than can be put into the description of a
file or if you are looking for a way to standardise search criteria for files, use our new digital asset management system.
