Happy Fourth of July!
Parades and Ice Cream, Oh My!
| |
To celebrate the festive weekend, children at DC General, NCFN and Turning Point ate delicious ice cream snacks donated by Jean Edelman and created red, white and blue art projects. A few aspiring ice cream creators even helped to mix the ingredients and shake the bags to make good old fashioned home-made ice cream at DC General!

Thanks to Lauren Rubenstein and friends for donating much needed items and to the volunteer leaders

for making it happen! The babies and mothers were thrilled to use the new space.
