Part 1
4 weeks

4 week program which will include short distance running, power and agility drills, obstacle courses, plyometrics, and core work. We'll mix it up and keep you moving with something different each week.

Part 2
4 weeks

4 week program incorporating high intensity exercise. You will learn how to use Kettle Bells, total bodyweight training, conditioning, and more through our proven circuit training program.
