Glenville, PA - Jan 6, 2011 Clear Channel Outdoor has generously donated a 48ft space for one of the Angel Acres Anti Horse Slaughter Campaign billboards! Thanks to the super wonderful folks over at CCO in Laurel, Md we only need to cover the printing costs for this billboard which is $390. We also have several other cities in the works and will let you know when and if we get them. Please consider donating to help us raise awareness and educate the general public about what is happening to America's horses! Please consider making a tax deductible donation today!
Be sure to note 'billboards" or some other catchy phrase to let us know you are digging our campaign and want to help...lol...yeah, I should have WAY more coffee before I send these out ;o)

You can help us in several ways!
1) Help us by making a secure donation today - via button on right.
2) Help us by mailing a donation to our snail mail addy.
3) Help us by checking around your local area for empty billboards and getting the phone number and location and emailing that info to us.
4) Tell someone, anyone who will listen, that no matter what anyone says that horse slaughter is NOT humane euthanasia. You can call it pixie dust, honey dew melon top kisses and it's STILL inhumane, barbaric horse slaughter that no horse deserves to suffer.
5) Visit our non-graphic website yet full of good, sound useful horse welfare information, that tells the truth about horse slaughter. |

About Angel Acres Anti Horse Slaughter Campaign - Our anti horse slaughter awareness campaign is focusing our efforts within the general non-horse owning public. We believe that in order for horse slaughter to be stopped and the borders for transport to Mexico and Canada be closed, a large majority of the US population must be aware of what is going on.
MANY pro slaughter groups would have the public believe that horse slaughter is humane...NOT SO...some groups even have spiffy new words for it...
Horse slaughter is NOT harvesting, processing or rendering; it is a brutal, horrific practice that NO equine deserves to suffer.
