This is Jessie - a 10 year old Thoroughbred gelding - originally adopted out 5 years ago by Angel Acres - looking for new home!
He is up to date on shots and Coggins.
Stands 16+ hands, has no issues, no vices, no cribbing, no bad habits. He has been barefoot for about 18 months, ridden in Cavalla boots. Feet are in good health. He is on Farriers Formula supplement. He is SOUND.
Schooled in dressage up to First level, but has not competed. Owner mostly rides him as a trail horse, ridden alone or in small groups. Exceptional horse on the trail, stands still for mounting, can easily open and close gates while in the saddle. Calm and well mannered. Self loads into trailer, does not get excited when taken to new places.
Jessie has participated in musical quadrille for a couple of years. Seems to enjoy the routines which are held monthly in a nearby indoor arena.
He is located in Rixeyville Virginia. Horses are stabled for am and pm feedings, otherwise out on pasture 24x7 except in extreme weather. They have access to shelter at all times. He was trace clipped early in the season, mostly grown out now. He wears a blanket.
