NOT unwanted horses!

The pro-slaughter lobby would have you believe that horses in need of assistance are unwanted - that is simply NOT true - they are Homeless Horses not unwanted!

ALL domestic horses in the United States of America were intentionally bred by human intervention - ok, there might be a case or two where the gate wasn't locked ;o) - meaning they WERE wanted by someone.

Homeless Horses have simply outgrown or did not meet the expections of their breeder and/or owner. NO ONE has a litter of baby horses show up on their front porch...ALL horses except the wild horses WERE wanted at one time - they simply need a new home!

Help Angel Acres in abolishing the use of the term unwanted horse - let's take away the spin the pro-slaughter lobby has put on horses in need - and call them what they really are - Homeless Horses.

Crocket Update - Day 10crocket
This is is Crocket giving

kisses to Foster Mom Deanne. Still hard for us to believe this super sweet boy was treated so horribly...sigh...

Today is Day 10 of his refeeding diet. Deanne says, "Crocket appears very appreciative for what we are doing for him and he gives back with hugs and kisses!"

In case you missed his story - he was left to starve at the boarding farm and no one reported him starving to death - you can read about him here.

Thank you to everyone praying for his recovery.
