IESSA is pleased to announce and invite you to participate as a delegate, exhibitor and/or sponsor in the forthcoming 6th IESSA Congress and Annual General Meetingbeing held at Forever Resorts Warmbaths, Bela Bela, from 2 to 5 May 2010. This year, the congress theme is: "Preserving African Skies: A Congress on Energy Efficient Lighting" This congress will provide an opportunity for manufacturers, distributors, entrepreneurs, energy service companies, senior policy makers, financial institutions, non-governmental organisations, academia and end-users to interact. Delegates will gain knowledge on how LED and other energy efficient lighting technologies can help them reduce their energy and operating costs, while reducing their environmental footprint. There is an exciting and useful series of presentations at the IESSA Congress, including an open workshop, panel discussion and debate with no holds barred, chaired by Chris Yelland, managing director of EE Publishers, on the subject of: "Testing and Certification of Luminaires and Lighting Systems -
