WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - An Indiana climate specialist says the state's spring planting forecast is looking good, with rain and temperatures expected to be close to normal.
INDIANAPOLIS - Lt. Governor Becky Skillman will lead an agriculture economic development trade mission to China in June, she announced today before a Women In Agriculture luncheon at Dow Agroscience.
Specialist: Harvest problems could affect soybean planting
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - A difficult fall harvest could mean an equally challenging spring planting season for soybean farmers, said Shaun Casteel, Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service soybean specialist.

ISTA Membership
ISTA is the recognized voice of the Indiana seed trade industry. Since its foundation in 1978, the Association has served as the focus point for industry positions on public policy issues which affect our member companies. Historically, Indiana seedsmen have been leaders in many areas of the seed trade.

ISTA is governed by a 14 person Board of Directors, elected annually from our membership. The Board is responsible for all policy decisions of the Association and directs the Association staff to implement industry policy and programs for the mutual benefit of our members.
