The month of May is only days away. Here are some important deadlines for council camps and activities:
May 1: Camper Savings Day--save $5 on Webelos Mini-Camp, $10 on Webelos Camp, Scout Camp and Swift Base, and $15 on National Youth Leader Training if full fees are paid by this date.
May 15:Cub Adventure Camp Savings Day--save $5 if full fees are paid by this date.

Leader Tip
Here's a simple Space Race Derby relay. Divide your den into teams. For each team, stretch a 15-foot length of string between two chairs. Before tying it to the second chair, insert a paper cup with a hole in the center. Each boy on the team blows his cup the length of the string and returns it. Continue in relay fashion until all have raced.
