The Forty under 40 award is presented to up-and-comers under the age 40 who are on the leading edge in their occupations and share their time and talents in community service. 
 
The final 40 individuals, who will be chosen by an independent panel of judges, will be selected on the basis of notable successes and strong leadership in their business fields and efforts to support their community.
