At NorthStar, we realize the value and
efficacy of home schooling and want to
support you in your commitment to home school
your children.
NorthStar HomeSchool offers you:
1. A full year of detailed lesson
plans,
full daily and weekly lessons,
assignments, project ideas, quizzes, and
tests
for each subject.
2. Answer keys to tests and quizzes.
3. A list of resources for each
subject which complement the teacher-made
lessons.
4. Everything that you need to teach
your child a particular subject.
5. The ability to spend more time and
energy with your child, teaching, coaching,
tutoring, etc.

NorthStar Academy
Teacher-Led Online
School Program
|
|
NorthStar Academy is an online
Christian school which offers 7th through
12th- grade students a complete academic and
accredited diploma-granting program.
With NorthStar Academy, you can:
1. Attend a Christian on-line school
with one-on-one tutoring.
2. Attend junior and senior high
school via the Internet with timely feedback
from the teachers regarding the student's
assignment, project, or test.
3. Earn junior or senior high school
credits.
4. Have up to 11 months to complete
the 9-month school "year."
5. Have a teacher provide all lessons,
assignments, tests, tutoring, etc.
6. Have the school provide and deliver
all course materials to you.
7. Enroll as a part or full-time
student for one or both semesters!
NorthStar Academy is a
combination of correspondence school, home
school, and classroom school.
Although NorthStar teachers provide all
instructions, lessons, tests, etc., parents
need to proctor quizzes and tests, hold the
student accountable for maintaining a daily
schedule for learning and completing work,
and provide encouragement.
