Greetings!

Last week I asked what everyone was doing in the area of process improvement. I'd like to share one of the responses I got from one of our readers to help get the conversation rolling:

"I am working on streamlining my administrative side. I have been concentrating on streamlining the repair processes in the shop for the past few years and realized that my administration is lacking organization. I will be defining exactly what is to happen when a vehicle shows up at my door and when a customer walks through it. A step by step guide, if you will, of how we improve."

-Shane Campbell, City Centre Collision~CSN

Does that sound familiar? Are there particular areas of your workflow that you've realized you've neglected?

Toss me an email if you have.

Consider posting your thoughts on the Collision Repair forum as well. It's a great way to have a direct conversation with repairers and operators you haven't met yet--perfect for stirring creativity.

See you next week. Take care,
