Greetings!

I watch the industry's online efforts with a lot of enthusiasm. From a technological standpoint, the Internet today isn't so different from the Internet a decade ago--the real movement has been in what people do it.

And, much to my surprise, people continue to find innovative ways to use it.

Recently, there's been a lot of noise around the power of the public on the web (you may or may not have noticed that You were Time's person of the year a few years back).

From a marketing perspective it's an interesting opportunity. If you can tap into that power a campaign can take on a life of its own with results that will surprise even you.

Which is of course easier said than done, but I'm going to continue to highlight some of these efforts in Collision Repair to help point out some of the industry's successes and to help spur some other ideas.

If you're one of the companies that's making headway in this area, please, draw up a release of some sort and send it my way.

See you next week. Take care,

-Joe Rayment
