Attention all trainers! Trainingmatters.ca is looking for online columnists to share their best practices and training stories on Canada's only and complete training portal for the collision repair industry.
Media Matters Inc. and Collision Repair magazine is proud to release version 1.0 of Trainingmatters.ca to the public this week. Currently, the website is in on-going construction with updates made daily. The goal of the website is to serve two main purposes: first, as a training tool for the industry; secondly, as a channel of Canadian training information. Anything from news, event listings and government legislation can be found on this website. Individuals can use the advanced search engine to search for courses in their particular trade or for general interest. From apprenticeship courses to management courses, there is sure to be at least one course for everyone. Your industry needs help your help. London's Snowmageddon

Paul Reichert has been appointed LKQ's national industry relations manager for Canada.

OARA donates $150,000 to the Sunshine Foundation
The Ontario Auto Recycling Association (OARA) has upped it's donation to the Sunshine Foundation to $150,000. The funding will go to support the foundation's 50th DreamLift, scheduled for 2011.
